"Our room had an amazing view of the cute, old town and the mountains. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom and toilet were outside the room, and we were provided with keys. It was actually quite nice not having them in the room. It is located in the old town, very close to the Christmas market along the canal. We really enjoyed our stay during Christmas. "

This hotel does small details so well — from the free drinks in the lobby (vin chaud and chocolat chaud in the evening, coffee in the morning, sparkling water) to the robe and slippers in the room. It is a super location too. We had a terrace overlooking the lake and city, yet the street noises were not noticeable at all. Pick this hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again soon! "

"We absolutely loved this hotel! We had amazing views and relaxation from our balcony overlooking the lake. The room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed! We also loved the small details — the robe and slippers, blankets for sitting on the balcony, adapter plug, umbrella, etc. The Le Table restaurant in the hotel was amazing also. The quality of the meal for the low cost was unbelievable. Pro tip: If you are on the fence between a lake view terrace or a lake view balcony, go for the balcony. It’s the exact same view. Can’t wait for our next visit! "

We had breakfast everyday at the hotel - there were plenty of choices and the food and service were excellent. We also dined in the hotel and again had a wonderful meal and excellent service. The hotel is situated right in the pedestrian old town and was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. We will definitely be back in Spring! "
