Great Location
The resort was beautiful and we loved the pool area and other amenities offered. The location was close to both Hanalei and Anini beach, which were some of our favorite locations on our trip. The room was a bit tight for hanging out during the day, and the louvered windows made it easy to hear guests in other rooms (although everyone was quiet at night). Nonetheless, we still enjoyed our stay and thought it was the perfect hub to explore the north shore!

The Queens Bath Tide Pool is closed so this should not be used as a feature to stay here. Studio was small but comfortable. However, with no AC and needing to have the windows open, it did get noisy from other guests but mostly the roosters crowing. Our TV never was fixed even after three requests. A bit disappointing!

Awesome studio in Princeville.
We loved our stay here. It’s in a beautiful resort with awesome amenities and so scenic. The only hang up for us was some noise from upstairs and neighbors due to the style of windows other than that this place was amazing.

Good place on north shore
The resort staff were hospitable and made us feel welcome at this time share Vacation Rental resort. It was good for a few nights and allowed us to see the amazing north shore. It was a first floor suite with a great view at the front but utilities view at the back where our patio was. The bathroom was spacious and bed was comfortable, The small fridge and microwave station was great! . However the unit next door was simply a door away meaning the sound travels as though you are in s close space. Our neighbors were quiet I hope we were too??!

Perfect little room, bath and kitchenette!
Right next to the clubhouse and pool, this room was perfect for me. I was traveling with friends who had a nearby suite, and loved having some cozy personal space. It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable. Could use a nightstand, bedside light, luggage rack, and also a mini clothesline in the bathroom for drying bathing suits. These are NOT complaints, just suggestions. I was able to make do without those things but thought it wouldn’t hurt to suggest the ideas. Many Mahalos for a great stay!!

Overall Fine, but make sure to ask!
Property wasn’t as described (this studio is attached to a bigger condo and separated by an adjoined door) and the on site manager said they couldn’t help because I booked through Vrbo. Cute little place, but it’s separated from an inner door to a bigger condo so we could hear everything happening through that inner door. It was awkward for sure! Fine place if you don’t mind a “closeness” with your neighbors. The property is nice, pool is fun and the staff is friendly.

Studio in great location
Studio room in Princeville on quiet golf course, near stores, playground and short drive to beach. Pool on site is super nice w bbqs. Room was small but perfect if you plan to spend most your time exploring beautiful Kauai. Highly recommend!

A beautiful “Staycation” on Kaua’i
I thought it was absolutely lovely and everyone was very helpful and kind. The views of sunrise and sunset from my room were beyond incredible! Absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely recommend it!

Great property on the North Shore
Enjoyed this Wyndham stay as you check in like a hotel and your room is cleaned after you leave (as oppose to most VRBO where you have a clean up checklist). Good location and very nice grounds with golf course beside and ocean in distance. Pool, hot tub and laundry access. This particular one is a studio suite so mini fridge, sink, toaster, microwave and cutlery which is handy. There are other Suites on this property however that do have an actual kitchen. I would prefer that one next time but we were in a time crunch. Also note that the suite is on 3rd floor which I liked because you have better view but keep in mind no elevator access if you have mobility concerns.

The overall experience was very nice. I was originally going to be coming with my wife but unfortunately had she come with me it would have been very difficult for her to make it to our room due to the distance from the parking area to the actual room. This is my only complaint about my stay was the distance from the room to parking and also the limited parking near the room. I had to park quite a distance and walk getting caught in a down pour trying to get to my rental car on the way to an interview.

It was quite nice and comfortable with great amenities (though - while minor - the community hot tub was small and a bit lukewarm). Only one comment - the bed blanket had a large stain at the foot of the bed and covered by the decorative element at the base. Otherwise, all was great and appreciate the stay.

Our room was not what was advertised. I complained and the room was an upgrade, but still not what was advertised. Front desk employee just wanted to argue with me rather than help. At checkin I was tricked into an activity and condo sales job. Told to go over here to get my parking pass. Bait and switch

Perfect Vacation
We originally booked the studio for the weekend, but upon arrival we ended up getting upgraded to the two bedroom. It was a very nice surprise and made our trip! The two bedroom condo was very spacious and clean with a full kitchen, dining area, living area, large lanai, and even a washer and dryer. The master bathroom was huge and had a big shower tub to take a nice long hot bubble bath in. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and even a blender. There was A/C in each room along with ceiling fans. Mahalo nui to the owners, we had an amazing time there and we will definitely be booking again soon!

The property was nice. The room had a nice breeze. My only issue was the neighbors in the adjoining unit. They were loud and kept me up two of the four nights I was there. They were partying from 2am till 4am after coming home from the bar.

The pictures posted, were not of the unit. There was an adjoining door to another unit. very noisy!
It was a time share property. There for they try to get to sign up for a sales seminar. There is no restaurant or bar on property like the pictures stated. The room had an adjoining door, noise was very disturbing. Pictures not what the unit was. view was of parking lot not golf course . cleaning fee yet no room service, and had to empty own trash and take care of dishes and towels. disappointing!!

A great property within a beautiful part of the island. .
Overall the stay was nice, only concern was the amount of noise heard from an adjacent and connected room. There seemed to be no getting around the clatter of odd guests.. There was also a voluntary timeshare presentation as part of a discount. I suggest doing it as it is worth the discount and the ease of the presentation.

Nice resort but a little noisy...
Condo was nice, clean, and perfect for our requirements. Location was great too. The downside was the design and layout of the condos - the acoustics meant it was very noisy. We could even hear everyone’s conversations in both our block and those adjoining. Having said this, the resort was quiet at night so our sleep wasn’t disturbed in any way.

Great location and resort is beautiful but a lot of noise. Was up early every morning because of people walking up the stairs, talking, or opening/closing doors. Didn’t get much sleep but otherwise the place was nice.

Beautiful and near everything!
Could not have asked for a better experience. We stayed in unit 35A (free upgrade yay) and it was so luxurious. Extremely clean, plenty of towels, and only a short drive away to the beaches. A great start to our honeymoon. The only "negative" is you can hear everything around you, the ground crew working at 8:00am, people and chickens. We didn't super mid as we were up with the sun enjoying the beaches! I would defiantly stay here again!

Quiet and close to Hanalei Bay
The room was clean and the mini-kitchen was stocked with utensils, glasses, mugs, etc. The room was smaller than expected but we were only there 2 nights. The road to the Tunnels was closed due to the rains in April 2018 so we were disappointed. It is walking distance to the shops (a long walk but good exercise).

I booked at the last minute and was pleasantly suprised to be given a upgrade to a deluxe room. It was beyond expectations! Samantha at Home Away was very helpful to help me extend my stay for an extra night. The staff at the Wyndham were friendly, efficient and warm. A fantastic place to stay! Mahalo

The property was great, but this studio unit was not adequate for more than a 1 night stay.
We started out in a one bedroom unit for 7 nights of our 10 night stay and 3 nights in a studio because the one bedroom for the remainder of our stay was not available. This was a mistake. We went from a 1000 sq. ft. unit to 300 sq. ft. and no A/C. The studio is only suitable for one person because of the cramped quarters. We barely had any room to walk around with our 5 pieces of luggage. I would not stay in a studio at this location but I highly recommend the one bedroom that was beautiful spacious and had all the amenities satisfying your comforts of home.

Hi David, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your first reservation booked in the 1 bedroom unit but I'm sorry if the second reservation you booked in our studio was a bit small for your needs.A lot of our guests enjoy the studio unit especially since it is competitively priced but as you mentioned and as it's stated on the listing, it is about 330 sqft. If you ever want to come back, we would gladly set you up in our 1 bedroom unit again!

Overall an average stay. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a family in the next room that was very loud and they soundedike they were in the unit. When we visited the pool was closed for renovations. Location worked for us so overall an average stay. Not sure I’d stay here again though.

Stayed for three nights. The studio is perfect for one or two people. Kitchenette good to stock sandwich goods, drinks and reheating. Didn’t have any problem with ants. The grounds are beautiful. Within close proximity to grocery store and small shops. Close to Hanalei. Walls are thin so could hear neighbors on side and above but overall great experience

Wonderful, clean and convenient
My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful experience at the Wyndham property. The accommodations were excellent. We had a sink, microwave, fridge and silverware in the studio room. Furthermore, there was access to a washer and dryer which was great because our clothes would get so drenched from the rain. We would highly recommend the Wyndham Ka'eo Kai and would stay there again in the future.

Initially we were disappointed because we thought we were booking a suite as the photos indicated, but we actually were booked into a studio (has no sitting room and only a microwave and half fridge instead of a full fridge and hot plate). Ask questions of the owner. You are not booking a specific room. We also discovered that if you pay in installments you may have to move rooms. The room was very nice; the pool was fantastic! The pool-side BBQ's were a great place to meet people. The staff were very friendly. J&D from Canada

Weekend stay
While nice for the weekend a full week would not work for us as this studio is a lock out room and the ppl next door were very noisy. Access to an ice machine would have been helpful. That being said the room was nicely decorated, and shower and bath were both very useful after a day at the beach
