Everything about the house, Rosi ( the host), and the location were great and honestly couldn’t be better. The house is very well laid out, kitchen is big, well stocked, and the appliances are very nice. The bedrooms, and bathrooms are all good sizes and well appointed; the master is extremely nice with a large shower and walk in closet. My wife said this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed and she keeps a spotless house so that is saying a lot. The house is located in a very nice community that is very safe; all the houses are nice, well kept, and with manicured yards. The host was extremely nice, helpful, and easy to get hold of when we had questions about the house or things we should do while we were there. We would definitely want to stay here again if we ever make it back to Kauai.

My parents and wife had a great time at this home and visiting Kauai. The house is clean, and spacious and has everything you could ask for. You will have a great time at this house!

This property was all that it advertised. It was perfect for my family. Rosi was very helpful. The best part was the neighborhood Albatrosses. One was building a nest in the yard as we were leaving.

AMAZING GEM IN PRINCEVILLE!
What an amazing home in Princeville! The layout and size of the house is perfect to spread out in. It is so well stocked for your stay as well - even for the beach! The neighborhood is so beautiful, walkable, and the neighbors are great. The house has so much room and has been nicely renovated to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The kitchen was my favorite and I didn’t even mind doing the dishes! The ocean view from the living room, kitchen, and upstairs bedrooms is so stunning and close, that you’ll find yourself mesmerized - It is literally the icing on the cake for this home and your stay. We will definitely be coming back here. Our host, Rossi, was the best! She is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. She answered all of our questions and was so accommodating during our stay. She made us feel so welcomed and our time at her home so seamlessly easy. We so appreciated her ABOVE AND BEYOND efforts to make our stay nice and memorable. You’ll love her! Great house to rent for your stay on Kauai - Enjoy!

Wonderful PRINCEVILLE home!
Spacious, clean, lovely house with air conditioning. Body boards and chairs, cooler, and sand toys provided. There are even some toys for your kids inside, and an albatross in the front yard. Can’t wait to come again!

Perfect Kauai vacation home
This property is just beautiful! Located in an extremely nice neighborhood with grocery store, restaurants nearby. It is large, very well appointed. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space. Full size washer and dryer. All the towels are VERY soft. Rosi could not possibly be nicer or quicker to respond to any needs. Landscaping is lovely and just walking or jogging in the neighborhood is eye candy.

A Perfect Place To Stay
A perfect vacation and a perfect place to stay. The home is truly a luxury property with a gourmet kitchen, lovely bedrooms, a great family room and spectacular views of the ocean from the second floor patio. We were traveling with our grown kids and grandkids and the house has beach towels and chairs and bogie boards, masks and snorkels and beach toys for all. The home was immaculate and Rosi was a fantastic host! She proactively contacted us to make sure we were happy and responded to all our inquiries within minutes. A truly fantastic place to stay.

The home is spectacular. This was a family reunion. Everyone was amazed at the accomodations. Hard to put it into words. We all had a great time. First time in 14 yrs, that we had all been together. The area in Princeville is so beautuful. I had been to Kauai 4 times before so this was a revisit to one of my most favorite places on earth and I have done a lot of traveling. Rosie always there if I needed answers to any questions regarding the property.

Family Getaway
Incredible family getaway for our extended family! We had an amazing time and Rosi was always available to answer questions and help us out. It was our first visit to Kauai and with little kids we needed a place big enough to house us all. Home was amazing, clean and functional and the location perfect for areas we wanted to visit. Hope we get a chance to rent again soon!

INCREDIBLE!!!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Rosi was an amazing host and great communicator! The home itself is immaculate, the yard is lush and gorgeous, and the view out the back is incredible! The kitchen is huge and allowed us to make our own meals while visiting Kauai. We had our 3 adult children with us and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The nesting Albatrosses were a cherry on top!! We only had to open the doors to hear the amazing ocean and a short 10 min hike to the secluded beach below with sea turtles swimming right next to the shore. An absolute dream vacation and we hope to return!!

The home was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 7 adults! Food store and restaurants within 5 minutes, and Hanalei just down the road a few more minutes. Rossi was a perfect host! Highly recommend!!

Great location and beautiful property
We (two families with kids)stayed at Rosi’s property for 5 nights . The location is perfect. It is within a short walk to the trailhead of the sea lodge beach (highly recommended) and 5 mins drive to the grocery store. The house is very nice with high ceiling and big open living room area and great ocean view from the living room and two upstairs bedrooms. The host Rosi is super attentive and accommodating. She called us soon after we arrived to make sure everything is fine and responds to questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended

Princeville Paradise
The house was even better than the photos, I was so impressed with the cleanliness! It felt as if we were the first guest's. This property offered the privacy we needed for vacationing with teenagers, every room was huge with its own bathroom. All of the basics were supplied so we didn't have to make several trips into the store for things like paper towels, dish soap, laundry cubes, or trash bags. Truly my best VRBO experience so far. Had I known just how nice and spacious the home was we would have booked our trip to Kauai even longer!

Nice, but needs attention to details
Nice house, but they could trim the landscape so you can actually see the ocean views. There was no place to put your luggage other than open it on the floor of each room. They left us one extra roll of toilet paper. No coffee. Several of the window coverings did not work, broken or missing the adjusting rods. The AC barely kept up with the heat and would adjust on their own. For the price, they could use some nice local art on the walls, comfortable couches and take better advantage of the ocean views.

Dee, we never said that there will be coffee waiting for you. I am not sure why you were expecting local art too. There are photos of the house when you were booking. After that we tried to explain to you how to work with the AC Nest controls. Unfortunately you never closed the windows or doors and the house is almost 4000 sq.f. We can't cool it off if you don't do that. You have complained about the fans turning on their own, after that you realized that you are using the wrong remote controls and activating them yourself. We are truly sorry you feel that way since we also allowed you to check out 10 hours after the check out time because of your late evening flight.

We visited during July 2022 and absolutely loved this house! Pics are accurate, home was clean and neighborhood was convenient to Hanalei Bay and nearby Foodland and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
