"Preface… would not rebook this hotel in the future. The staff is hit and miss, not discourteous, just no enthusiasm. Its an interesting place, seems haunted. AC did a poor job of cooling the room. The bed linen felt highly used. They didn't clean the room on first day, very disappointing. The parking is street meters. There is no bell boy bag service. There is no restaurant on site or near by. You do not want to walk at night in the area. On the plus the room was very spacious and the lightning was overhead which is a plus. There is a coffee maker but we had to ask for pods. The toiletries were minimal. We had the ask the front desk person to do something about the room safe buzzing constantly. They changed our bedroom rug as the one we had had a hole in it. Enough said"

"The front door was hard to open. You could put the code in green light would flash but the door wouldn't open tried 8 times 2 different times. Had to call manager. The bathroom wasn't big enough to turn around in."

"Room needs updating. Shower needs work. Water filled up inside shower. drainage issues. Restaurant needs better customer service and better serving time. Ordered my meal and it took over 30 minutes to get it and was not what I ordered. Had to speak with manager bc waitress didn't come back to let me know they were out of the food I selected but still charged me for it.. So he had to take it off and correct it. Beds slept very well and celebration room employees are the bomb! Suggestion : when having an event, please post how you book tables and pay for the events ahead of time.."

"The room was okay with a comfortable bed. Had an elevator to go the 2nd or 3rd floor but it was hot. Everything was okay but the only thing I didn't like was that I had to park a lil far from my room but I actually was able to park right by the elevator. I also liked that the property shared a parking lot with Denny's so dinner was very easy to get. Very easy check in and check out."
