Welcome to Westlake House, part of the County Curated collection. *Please check hot tub availability during the winter months. Visit County Curated to view all the beautiful properties that we manage in Prince Edward County. This home can accommodate 4 adults (age 11+) and 2 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. Westlake House is a chill waterfront getaway with the most unbelievable sunsets! This spacious home has 3 bedrooms and breathtaking sunset views. Immerse yourself in The County and end the day in the soothing hot tub and a backyard that stretches to the water's edge. Our kitchen is fully loaded for your culinary adventures and the home is perfect for entertaining. Spend time outside with beautiful water views! Nearby canoe rentals are also available. Please note that the home has a bunk bed. The cleaning fee includes linens for the bottom bunk. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the top bunk or request linens for and additional $30.STA License #: ST-2022-0040

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

Spacious house in great location

The house is very spacious and came with all the required commodities. The view is simply marvellous and we enjoyed the proximity to West lake where we could launch our seadoo in the water easily.

Great location and nice house

communication with host was perfect and the location too.The only notable issues were the shower caulking, which should be repaired because it’s cracked, and the door frame of the second bedroom, which could also have used some repairs.But nothing that could make you not enjoy your stay !

Came here in the winter so did not get to enjoy the lake or outdoor amenities. But the home was very cozy, well equipped, and the hosts were extremely accommodating.

Beautiful home / property

If you are looking for a getaway, Prince Edward County is a must. This property was immaculate and very spacious. It has a beautiful view of West Lake with families of swans and geese. It is a short drive to several wineries. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we did not get a chance to hike in Sandbanks Provincial park.

Nous pensions que c’était baignable devant le chalet mais ça ne l’était pas du tout.Sanscues, nénuphars et algues épaisses . C’était pour cette raison que nous voulions un chalet sur le bord de l’eau. Il faut aller à Sandbanks 5 min en voiture pour pouvoir se baigner.Il n’y avait pas de photo de l’eau sur le site de Vrbo alors il faudrait avertir les gens lors de la réservation.Nos enfants étaient très déçus.Par contre le chalet est très bien et est bien situé.
