"Room was clean enough. All amenities worked fine. Being in the centre of liverpool, it is very noisy so be prepared! Even with window closed, street noise is very loud. Unfortunately, i came down very unwell so spent most time in the room. The sofa bed was very small. Not big enough for my 10&12yr old girls. Did not experience the bar apart from at breakfast. Breakfast was very nice with good options. We realised after we left that we'd left my daughters expensive water bottle in the room as she'd put it down by her side of the bed in the night. We phoned the hotel to ask if it was found when we'd been told it's been chucked away which was annoying as its an expensive branded water bottle. Usually hotels call you to say you have left something but we've been told we now have to email to apply for the refund of the cost of said water bottle. Will be interested to see if i get this back. "

"Air conditioning did not work, body wash in the shower was empty, unable to open the window at all, no microwave, no fridge. Staff was very nice and in a good location. Did not try the bar or restaurant but did hear live music. It's an ok hotel in a good spot but honestly overpriced most likely because of the theme. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool. It’s a beautiful hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade on arrival. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean, and nicely in keeping with the hotel’s theme. There were great amenities provided, including water and milk in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The only downside during our stay was trying to book the spa. We attempted to contact them in advance but didn’t receive a response until the day we arrived, around 5pm, by which time we already had evening plans. On previous visits, booking the spa had been quick and easy, so this was a bit disappointing. That said, we understand the spa is separate from the hotel itself. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back."

"A tired icon. Full of history, with the entrance and ballroom jewels to behold. The bar is smart and well priced too. However my room - standard double - was very poor. Chipped basin, exposed pipes, holes in the wall, broken loo seat, ceiling cracks, and faded mismatching paint on the walls. Staff were friendly but towels weren’t replaced, and they failed to bring the pillow I requested. They don’t clean rooms supposedly to be sustainable but it feels like it’s just to cut corners and save pennies. Well priced for the city but I couldn’t say I’d recommend due to the condition of the room."
