"We had a beach view family room which was so special for myself and my two grandchildren, aged 7 & 9. The room was large and pleasantly decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The room and ensuite were very clean. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety to choose from, for both adults and children. The swimming pool was exceptional consisting of a separate babies/small children pool, the main swimming pool and a separate jacuzzi area ... my grandchildren spent several hours in the pool and I had to eventually prise them away!! The beach was gorgeous, so sandy and again my grandchildren were in their element running and playing in the sand. The staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this Hotel to other travellers and I would definitely visit again."

"The resort is well presented, clean and tidy. Breakfast was surprisingly good; it might be better to set it out in three sections. A toast area, hot food and cold food, so people didn't queue at the wrong place. Pool areas are lovely and clean; the cabin was nicely presented and clean. The only thing we didn't like was that we went to the sports bar for food on the first night; it was very loud, and we were told they had stopped serving food early and were closing early. It wasn't family-friendly and was like a sports bar I would expect to find in the city. "

"The room was clean and welcoming. Initially I didn’t see that my checking in email was spammed and was sent well in good time before my check in time , because of that I contacted the staff and they helped me beyond the expectation they were going on an extra mile of securing accommodation elsewhere and were pledging that I should not be stranded and without anywhere to put up for the night and for my stay. I felt a family treatment rather than a client. The place was really a family place or residence, my every family member liked the house The accommodation is strategically located to the seaside, where we enjoyed sunset viewing and seaside activities in general. There are a lot of activities at the place and the surrounding Generally we enjoyed our stay and hoping to come back again The price was really not a match to anything or any other accommodations , it is really incomparable and was thinking it was like a joke , the value. We were thinking we will be asked to pay extra to what we have paid . Thank you so much for making our holiday a memorable one"

"This is a lovely bungalow in a great location. We booked mainly for the location and hot tub. It was very clean and had everything we needed although the property does not have a washing machine, which we didn’t need. The hot tub area was great with a nice fully secured garden. The only reason I scored 4 stars was that the WI-FI was poor. Our phones wouldn’t connect when in the bedroom or garden. The living room seemed to be the only place our phones would connect. Not a major problem for us but something that could be improved. It’s a nice little place I would definitely recommend and return to."

"We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved the caravan. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but to be expected in a caravan and no toilet roll provided. Facilities in the park are great. The swimming pool has some great slides (you do have to pay for swimming but definitely worth it), kids loved the evening disco and there is a free train ride going round the park which was nice. Overall a lovely stay thankyou! It does say 7 minutes walk to Prestatyn beach but the main bit was actually over 55 minutes on Google but a short 10 minute drive"

"Excellent break away from booking to leaving. Host was very helpful, communication great Accommodation was like home from home, beautiful bungalow, hot tub was amazing kept clean daily by owners Stones throw away from the beach, ideal with having our pooch with us Thank you for making our few days away for the New year one to remember "
