"At about 11PM, I had a sudden onset of atrial fibrillation / palpitations that I've never had before. The front desk directed us to St. Joseph's hospital (7 minutes away), and security was called to make sure I didn't need any help in the way of an ambulance, etc. (My husband drove me and I went into a normal heart rhythm about 2 hours later. The next morning, the director of security called to make sure I was OK. The staff was efficient and caring. I appreciate the prompt attention I was given and I feel comfortable in a more serious situation, the staff would have acted in a very pro-active and professional way as well.
Also, Myla with housekeeping was helpful, thorough and very personable during our visit."
"Nice space and relatively clean room. Do wish there was somewhere to hang towels and fix the leaky faucet in the kitchen. Struggled to clean plates as there were not cleaning supplies. Appreciated the amenities and I would stay here again! The homeless were a bit of a nuisance but manageable. But overall, a very pleasant stay! "
"We are a family of 5 and we were able to stay comfortably in the double queen with additional pullout couch bed. The kids were able to swim everyday and I was able to do workouts, there was a very nice gym! Free breakfast was great and the bar dining worked well for late evening dinner when we got back from the day. A longer walk to coors field, but manageable with 3 kids around 8 years old and plenty of food entertainment within walking distance. "
