Charming Village House with Large Garden, Games Room, and Proximity to Loire Castles and Beauval Zoo

On the edge of Touraine, this town house offers you a large enclosed and wooded plot (1400 m²) in the heart of a Berrichon village with restaurant, grocery store, post office, town hall and its castle, crossed by the Indrois. Communal pond with pétanque ground and fishing. A few minutes away, you can discover the Châteaux of the Loire, the Beauval Zoo, the Haute Touche nature reserve, the Indre à Vélo Green Way, the Brenne Natural Park or two lakes for swimming.
In Saint-Genou, supervised swimming, fitness trail, fishing, children's games. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen and dining room with fireplace - living room (TV, radio) - large bathroom and toilet. Games room with ping-pong table, darts, mini-billiards table, and table football.

The vacation rental has 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, 14m² bedroom (1 single bed of 120 cm, TV).

On the 1st floor: 11m² bedroom (1 double bed, TV) and 15m² communicating bedroom (2 beds of 90cm, TV).
