"This delightful house is set in an small historic town located in a central part of the Loire, on the river Cher. From here we could explore the Loire Valley itself, the Solonge, and Berry. Not only castles, but also very beautiful nature, beautiful villages and more. "Our hosts Carole and Ousmane were lovely. The property is homely and very comfortable. We were there for 2 nights and had dinner there on the first night as we were out for the second night. They made us lovely home made pizzas which were thoroughly enjoyed in the outdoors with a beautiful bottle of rose wine. Ousmane is the main cook and we tasted some of his home creations in the form of some chilli sauce and some conserves over breakfast. The location is fantastic if you are visiting Zoo Parc De Beauval as its only 10 mins away. The local town of St Aignan is closeby too which has lovely restaurants and a great place to wander. Definitely recommend Les Mariniers and will come back for sure. "
