"Santa Maria Maior was just as described and in a perfect location. We were minutes from the cable car and many wonderful restaurants and bars. Patricia greeted us and explained everything about the apartment and some tips regarding the area. She was delightful. Olivier checked to ensure everything went smoothly and wished us a farewell. As Americans living in Portugal I would recommend this apartment."

"A great apartment on the edge of the old town. Fab views of the sea and of the local area - great for people watching. Good size living / kitchen area with well appointed cooking area. Full sized fridge freezer which is always a bonus. Bedroom at the back with a small rooflight window - no aircon - but a decent fan in both areas. Very spacious apartment and responsive host Altough be careful it advertises parking available on request and a washer and dryer there is no parking and no dryer…but drying rack is availble. I VERY creaky floors, no one above us but i felt terrible for the people under us everytime i walked, even on tippy toes it was uncontrollable…. "
