"Modern hotel. Rooms a good size. Housekeeping good. Breakfast lovely but busy at times and slow at filling things up. The staff were always busy so more staff may have helped. We had a lot of ants so couldn’t leave anything food wise out on counter. We’re treated after we complained but while room needs treated as they came back all over the place. It’s a good 15 mins downhill for any food/ restaurants Bus from hotel only goes weekdays. Uber is around €4 so not bad. Lovely views from our room which was nice"

"What a wonderful stay we had at Casa Madura!The rooms were spotlessly clean. The host was excellent -very friendly, efficient and professional. She explained everything clearly and was flexible to our needs.The location could not have been better. We had a lovely view of the sea from the 2nd floor living space, and an even better view from the roof terrace.We were in a quiet, cobbled street, just a few minutes walk from the lively bars and restaurants.The beds were comfortable and the temperature of the rooms suited everyone well.Although we loved our stay, we all agreed that the property wouldn’t be suited to families with very young children or elderly people with mobility issues due to the stairs. Music can be heard from the bars until well after midnight, but this did not bother our group.We would love to go back one day!"
