Very good choice in this hotel during our stay in Prague. We checked in online and upon arrival we went to our room almost immediately. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every morning the day started with tasty and nutritional breakfast that came with several choices. The Old Town (Prague) is 20 mins away by taxi with public transportation option also available nearby.

Great little find
Perfect hotel for my trip to Prague. The staff, food, facilities and location were top notch! I would highly recommend. Great pool, grounds. Reception staff very helpful and willing to offer suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Great 'out of the way' Hotel
Receptionist was friendly and very helpful! Checking in was a breeze and the room was larger than expected for a single occupancy room. Quiet and away from the main Prague City hubbub but easy to get to and from via Bus and Metro. Globus Supermarket and Restaurant is next door so very handy for restocking travel snacks.

It’s too far from downtown and seems secluded. There is not much to do around the area where the hotel is (lack of restaurants). The shower cabinet is too small inside the washroom. The shaving mirror was missing. The names of breakfast items and menu was not in English. This was difficult for us (English speakers) to understand.

At first we thought the pool was very small but it was in fact a good size and very clean. The room was smaller than we thought but comfortable and clean. No air conditioning in the room but the staff provided us with a large fan which worked out great. Although quite a bit out from the centre of Prague we were able to get to the city centre on the great public transport system - easy to navigate and staff at the hotel advised us on the best route. Overall a great hotel for relaxing with a book by the pool. Prague city is amazing and so worth the visit.

Nice hotel with poor attention to detail
This is my second time in this hotel I visited 1 year ago liked it so much went back, it has a lovely pool and kids play area and the staff are friendly however the breakfast is poor for the price €6 per person no child reduction, a family can eat breakfast for €12 in the global restaurant over the road. Poor attention to detail coffee and tea in the room were not filled up unless you ask for more. On arrival I found I hadn’t been given what I booked 2 rooms together for 5 people, I was one bed short at 12 am in the morning and had to wait for the night porter to get me an extra bed which was of poor quality and would not stay flat, I was over charged which was refunded the next day and given complimentary breakfast which was nice as I found out it was poor and overpriced so I saved €30 Rooms are too hot as no air conditioning but I would stay again as I understand it is an ongoing project and hopefully will improve over a bit more time

I will begin by saying how incredible the staff is. We got in super late and any interaction we had with them they were pleasant and went above the normal to be helpful. With that being said the hotel itself could use some upgrades. It looks beautiful from the exterior but the room and bathrooms are pretty outdated. For example the sealant in our shower wanted to come off. Wash cloths and additional towels would’ve been nice to have. Unfortunately the weather didn’t permit the use of the outdoor amenities beyond a few minutes which my kids and I used to use hot tub which was horrible to use. It had so much chlorine it was not enjoyable and my eyes still sting the next day. As a single parent on one budget I picked this hotel for amenities and cost... and was sad it wasn’t a better experience. Again though the staff was incredible!

This horel is a jewel. Newly remodeled so our room is nicely appointed. We had a problem with the curtains and the staff took care of it in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was warm and varied. The staff are friendly and trying hard. We will use this hotel again.

This hotel is amazing value for money. Room was clean, brand new swimming pool. It's not in the centre of Prague, but they do provide a shuttle service. We drove so it was ideal, there's a regular car park and a secure car park. Overall very happy

Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel, but reception staff had very little English. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable but fans or air con are needed in hot weather. They also need to have practical information such as nearest public transport, shops, best route to city centre, etc in the rooms. We booked this hotel because of the pool - the pool and terrace were closed for renovation when we were there but we only found out on arrival. Complimentary limousine service to train station or old town is excellent as the hotel is approx a 20 minute drive outside city centre.

Extremely affordable
The location of this hotel is reasonable from the Prague City Center, approximately 20 minute drive. Right across the street there is a huge market center (Globus) where you can enjoy local food from their fresh Cafe. Also, there is a gigantic mall about 10 mins away with tons of shopping. The rooms were immaculate, confortable and very cozy. One night for three people was only $52.

Het hotel op zich was prima. Goed ontbijt en netjes verzorgd. Ook de kamer was netjes en in orde. Maar de ligging van het hotel is minder. Midden op een industrieterrein. De gehele dag aanrijden van vrachtwagens en de gehele nacht herrie van de airconditioning die draait om het grote winkelcomplex koel te houden.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Industriegebiet, ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt vom Pragzentrum entfernt. Es ist ein siebenstöckiges Blockhaus mit relativ dunklen und ungemütlichen Zimmern ohne Balkon (hoch eingebaute und sehr schmutzige Fenster). Dafür ist der Speiseraum groß und hell und der Bereich draußen nett gemacht. Frühstück besteht aus Buffe. Leider jeden Tag das Selber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

super Hotel - toller Service - Pool & Whirlpool
Ist zwar am Stadtrand, aber um so besser. Der kostenlose Shuttle bringt in die nähere Umgebung, z.B. Metro. Zimmer sind eher klein, aber mit allem, was man so braucht. TV sogar mit youtube, wenn man mit Tschchisch nichts anfangen kann. Ein klares, deutliches JA zu diesem Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal.

Poolen redder det hele
Hotellet ligger i et meget ucharmerende område. Der er absolut intet at tage sig til udenfor hotellets område, men det er helt i orden hvis solen skinner. Poolen er opvarmet og poolområdet er nyt og med masser af plads. Hotellet vil gerne piske en Ibiza-stemning op med høj poolmusik, men er flinke til at skrue ned, når man beder dem om det. Desværre er hot tub ikke opvarmet, og så går charmen ligesom af det. Meget venligt personale. Der kan være sprogbarrierer. Prøvede flere gange at forklare, at telefonen på værelset ikke virkede. Blev mødt med et nik og et smil, og så skete der ikke mere ved det. God morgenmadsbuffet. Kom dog ikke senere end 9.00, da der ikker bliver fyldt op med lune retter herefter. Vi havde en suite med komfortable senge. Desværre var rengøring elendig. Der var så støvet, efterladte ting i krogene fra tidligere gæster, pletter på gardiner og vægge, døde insekter i badeværelset. Tilbuddet om shuttle var noget mystisk. De siger de kører til city centre i Prag, men når vi spurgte om transport til city, var det ikke lige et sted de kørte til. De kører gerne til nærmeste metrostation, som er en endestation på linje A. Hvordan man bliver hentet igen fandt vi ikke ud af.

Nice overall, but can improve.
Nice hotel and location. Good value for money. Shopping centre nearby. The hotel does not look like in the pictures on hotels.com as a filter has been used when they took the photos. The staff in the dining room were not friendly and they did not, many times, replace the food as it got empty for bread, ham, eggs etc. The pool could not be used the first days of our stay because it was too cold, only 9-10 degrees celsius, in the water. The floor on the room was dirty when we arrived, and the cleaning personell did not add new toilet paper or soap when we ran out of it.

Hotelværelset var ikke rent . Der lå støv, skidt og madkrummer på gulvet . Der hang et håndklæde fra tidligere gæst på radiatoren bag gardinet. De undskyldte dog mange gange og sagde de lige havde skiftet rengørings firma, men løste dog ikke problemet. Dvs vi fik ikke gjort rent, på trods af vi havde gjort personalet opmærksom på problemet. Når man betaler for morgenmad, forventer man også at der er noget når man kommer til morgenmad. Der var morgenmadsservering mellem kl.7-10:30. På dag nr 2 kom vi ned til morgenmad kl. 9:40 og der var der intet morgenmad tilbage!! Personalet der stod for morgenserveringen var ikke just de mest imødekommende. Dog skal det siges at det resterende personale var flinke og meget hjælpsomme. Vi fik hjælp til at bestille taxa og mad flere gange. Pool området var super dejligt. Skøn pool og gode liggestole.

Skøn ny udendørs pool
Dejligt ophold i udkanten af Prag med gratis shuttlebus til og fra Prag. Fantastisk udendørs pool og spa, fint beliggende med stort supermarked på den anden side af vejen og mulighed for spisning i nærheden.
