"Lovely clean place, friendly staff and fantastic rooms. Our room was quite warm but was supplied with a fan. Situated ideally on Porthleven harbour. A bit disappointed having to wait for an hour for food but the staff did apologise and gave us our drinks FOC as a way of an apology. Unfortunately, I’d passed being hungry so didn’t finish my meal. That said it would not stop me coming back as overall we had a fantastic stay."

The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. A small disappointment about the fact that Hotels.com presented the room with bathtub, while in fact I got a room with shower only, and there was no availability for swapping it. Overall, a good hotel."

"The accommodation was up to date and very clean, they had left Prosecco, mince pies, cream in the fridge and milk, good supply of cleaning products and tea and coffee. We had a Xmas tree decorated which was a lovely touch and the hot tub was very clean. We had a wonderful view of st micheals mount and it was very quiet. Walking distance to local pubs and the beach and enough cafes and pubs to eat at. Only negative was spiral staircase with us having 2 dachshunds! Overall would stay there again ."

"A delightful house located about half a mile up the road from the centre of Marazion and with a decent view of St Michael's Mount. . Perfect spot for walking, either directly from the house away from the town and onto the Coastal Path or a short drive - would highly recommend St Ives and Penrose Hill. The house has a lovely vibe being simply but beautifully furnished. All arrangements went well and the designated parking off road at a nearby hotel is just a short walk back to the house. We had a great week as the weather was so good - we were thinking about a Greek island for a week but so glad we stayed in this house."
