"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Personnel très accueil au téléphone, aucun problème la dessus. Malheureusement, l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé phonétiquement mais thermique également. Les radiateurs doivent être bloqués car malgré la hausse de température demandé il faisait très froid dans la chambre. La porte fermée à clé laissait passée beaucoup d'air froid!!! "This hotel oozes with unique character and style, is in the heart of the town and the manager is amongst the most helpful I have ever come across. We loved the atrium-style lobby (the central photo for the hotel) the bar stools made to look like champagne cork enclosures and the bedrooms with their unique themes, big comfortable bed and very cool bathrooms. The manager (Owner?) directed me to the perfect bar to watch the international rugby, the ideal route to go out for a run and even told us about the best place to visit when we moved on down to the Mediterranean coast, a fishing village that was simply beautiful and that I am not sure we would have found without is advice. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Highly recommend, but be warned, parking nearby is a challenge and I can imagine it gets much worse during spring and summer."
