"It was a great location near restaurants and Hampton Beach and very comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we would definitely visit again. The hinges on the bathroom door need some WD40 and the coffee and hot water for the tea in the Keurig tasted like chlorine. Small fixable ..."

"Big room with super comfy bed. Great view of the ocean with parking included. No pool. Needs just a little work on the cleaning. Don't have microwave, save or coffee machine, but they give you free coffee in the lobby...Water bottles you can buy it for $4.00 at thr lobby.Overall it was great! Location ..."

"Phenomenal stay! Gil and Tracie were a dream to work with. This house is a little gem and close to everything you could possibly want in a little beach trip. The property was immaculate and so inviting. 10/10 recommend staying here and would love to come back!"

"Clean space! Host was very responsive. He had drinks and small snacks ready for us for when we arrived. Lots of extra towels, blankets. Would definitely rebook!"
