Newly built holiday home from 2018 near the beach of the bay of the seaside village of Magazzini. Located amidst olive groves, surrounded by greenery with a fully fenced garden, the house has the third and fourth bedroom with separate entrance and a fantastic view from the covered terrace which extends over the sea to the port city of Portoferraio. The slightly hilly area is characterized by olive groves and villas. Magazzini is a former fishing village and swimming opportunities. Activities nearby: Elba is not only a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts, but also highly recommended for cycling enthusiasts. In the hilly area the roads wind with fantastic panoramic views of the countless bays with crystal clear water. Highlights: 1 bottle of wine on arrival. Notes: -Electricity via solar panels. -The host comes regularly for garden maintenance-Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Great location! Just a short drive to beautiful beaches like Spiaggia di Sansone and Spiaggia delle Ghiaie, We spent our days exploring the coastline and returned to the comfort of the house every evening

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem geräumigen Ferienhaus in Magazzini! Die Lage war perfekt für uns - nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum schönen Spiaggia di Sansone, Der Garten war ein fantastischer Bonus, in dem unsere Kinder spielen konnten, während wir die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Terrasse genossen, Das Haus selbst war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigten, Wir schätzten besonders die Willkommensflasche Wein bei unserer Ankunft, Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Magazzini ! La maison était super spacieuse et le jardin a beaucoup plu aux enfants, C'était tellement agréable de se détendre sur la terrasse avec un verre de vin, L'emplacement est idéal pour les excursions à la plage, mais nous avons aussi aimé explorer les oliveraies environnantes, Le seul inconvénient était que le WiFi était un peu lent, mais qui a besoin de ça quand on a une vue si magnifique ?

Het vakantiehuis was behoorlijk maar voldeed niet helemaal aan onze verwachtingen, Hoewel de indeling ruim was, voelde het een beetje utilitair aan, met een gebrek aan charme, De omgeving was rustig, wat fijn was, maar we vonden het een beetje geïsoleerd van de belangrijkste attracties, De nabijgelegen stranden, zoals Spiaggia delle Ghiaie, waren prachtig maar vereisten wat rijden, Over het algemeen een bevredigende ervaring, maar ik zou het niet buitengewoon noemen

Ein wunderbares Erlebnis insgesamt! Die Unterkunft ist von Natur umgeben und hat einen schönen Garten, Wir haben sogar bei unserer Ankunft eine Flasche Wein erhalten, was eine nette Geste war, Sehr zu empfehlen!
