Beautiful contemporary villa with heated pool

Magnificent contemporary villa located in the hamlet of Pianelli, near Porto-Vecchio, with heated swimming pool.

Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the Pianelli villa is perfectly located to discover the magnificent beaches of Southern Corsica.
Close to the "Strada Antica" which connects Porto-Vecchio to SartĂšne, you can walk or cycle along this route steeped in history.

The villa has a surface area of 100 m2 and its characteristics are:
- a master suite with a 160x200cm bed and bathroom with shower,
- a bedroom with two 90x200cm beds and bathroom with shower
- a large main room with: living room area, a fully equipped kitchen/dining area: induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher,
- a separate toilet,
- high-speed internet (fibre optic).

The exterior consists of a large landscaped terrace with a summer kitchen, dining area and access to the swimming pool.
The heated swimming pool is open from April to October, and has a rolling shutter as a cover system.

Sheets and towels provided.
Private parking.
Deposit: 2000 euros.

TrÚs agréable séjour au calme dans un cadre trÚs « corse »!

TrĂšs belle maison avec beaux matĂ©riaux utilisĂ©s et une cuisine extĂ©rieure trĂšs typique, pratique avec bcp de charme! 20 mn de route pour accĂ©der aux plus belles plages de Corse. Tout est sur place, rien n’est Ă  amener mis Ă  part nos affaires personnelles. Des belles balades en montagne accessible au dĂ©part de la maison. Nous sommes ravis de ce sĂ©jour reposant!

Villa Pianelli est une perle rare. Tout y est magnifique, fonctionnel, et d’une rare qualitĂ©. Villa neuve, dĂ©corĂ©e avec grand soin et goĂ»t trĂšs sĂ»r, de matĂ©riaux nobles et sublimes et oĂč une atmosphĂšre sereine et apaisante nous berce. Tout est de trĂšs belle qualitĂ© et rien n’est laissĂ© au hasard. J’ai adorĂ© y sĂ©journer pendant 3 semaines et ai Ă©tĂ© triste de quitter un si bel endroit. Le service de conciergerie et le pisciniste sont lĂ  pour veiller Ă  votre bien ĂȘtre mais aussi pour entretenir les lieux, ce qui est fort apprĂ©ciable et vient parfaire la plĂ©nitude et la beautĂ© des lieux. Je recommande vivement et garde prĂ©cieusement cette adresse car il est certain que j’y reviendrai. Tout Ă©tait parfait
