"Wir hatten diese Wohnung bereits im letzten Oktober für zwei Wochen gemietet und schon damals mit der Höchstnote bewertet. Nun hat sich das äusserst sympathische Vermieterehepaar, Maria und Pietro Marcuccia Altea, aber noch ein grossen Zusatzpunkt verdient, denn sie haben die ohnehin schon bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in der Zwischenzeit nämlich noch mit einer Klimaanlage ergänzt. Diesen zusätzlichen Luxus haben wir sehr genossen, denn so konnten wir in den kühlen Morgen- und Abendstunden...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, der Ausblick von der Terrasse unbeschreiblich . Es ist alles da , was man braucht. Der Strand ist bequem in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, dieser war aber schon ganz schön voll. Das Meer ist klasse, man kann ewig weit reinlaufen, total klar, einfach super. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. dessen Sohn total unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen"

"Die Lage und der Blick sind ein Traum und entschädigt die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Im Haus muss einiges renoviert und modernisiert werden und eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich eine Bereicherung. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin Maria ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war immer sehr bemüht und versuchte alle Mängel zu beseitigen. Eine positive Überraschung war, dass es doch WLAN im Haus gab. Wenn es irgendwann eine Klimaanlage gibt kommen wir...

"We spent 8 days in the house and really enjoyed the time. The area is quiet and super close to the beach. We also really enjoyed the garden and the terrace! The check in and out was flexible which was perfect, because we arrived already in the morning. We can really recommend the place and would come back any time!"

"Pros: Maria is a very friendly host, very clear and quick in communication. The house is beautifully located. Just a short walk and you are on a great beach with clear blue water and nice restaurants. The house is simply furnished, but is fully equipped. Especially the veranda and the large garden overlooking the beautiful bay completes the picture. It's like waking up in Paradise. We will definitely come back here again!"
