Enjoy your well-deserved holiday in our apartment located in a recently rehabilitated building decorated by designers. It is situated near Campanha Station, surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of commerce. The apartment has a small balcony.

Easy and peaceful check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with no costs for late arrivals.



Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.

Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre, about 10 minutes by public transport. If you are an explorer and prefer to walk, the centre is about 25 minutes on foot.

Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to heat you during your stay in our fantastic apartment.



The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed for two guests, a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed for two, which gives capacity to accommodate 5 people. The apartment is only accessible by stairs and is on the first floor.



The apartment is completely equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine.

Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.

Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.



Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.



Access codes to the property are only provided on the day of check-in, after we have the apartment clean and ready for you.



Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in. We may refuse the stay or charge additional fees if the actual number of guests is higher than what is stated in your booking.
