"Quiet, very clean and convenient cute hotel in better location near Guerneville. Very clean, cute well designed remodeled hotel with very clever design solutions to remedy a little tight room. (cute bird shape coat hangers on the wall, color coordinated min i Also very well thought check-in and check-out for guest convenience. Room has mini coffee maker, small refgirator, and microwave. Night light shade, and fridge and microwave were blue color coordinated and so cute. It is next to golf course and its safes and restaurant, and it has bigger open glass area next to swimming pool It can be used for waling pet dog or children's play area, or just chill in the event when swimming pool is open. One thing we wished to have is a one more extra chair in the room so that we can sit and eat our breakfast in the room. Also we would like having better soap that was not hard initially and melt so quickly. I wanted to give 5 stars but these points could be better."

"Awesome little cabin with everything you need for two. Loved being able to stay with our dog. Really cool to pack light and cook for ourselves. We stayed off season so it was just us. Host was really sweet and checked in daily. Super short walk into town if you want to go to a bar, eat at a restaurant or grab coffee. Can imagine it being really fun to hang on the river when it’s warm. Thanks again we needed a nice getaway. "

"Nice for most part, but some things could use attention: Front gate deadbolt missing a screw. Front bedroom outside door has gaps on side and bottom, causing a cold draft. Missing a complete set of sheets for sofa beds. Pots and pans were badly scratched/very worn out, so not great to cook in."

"Great location, walking distance to Guerneville, and right next to the river. The host was very welcoming and helpful, and we'll definitely stay here again."
