"Eu havia pedido um quarto no lado da piscina nas observações. Sempre fui atendida mas dessa vez não se atentaram aos comentários. O ar condicionado não está gelando como deveria. Necessita manutenção . Os filtros estão imundos.
O hotel estava muito mas muito cheio. Grupos de excursões de igreja e de idosos que tiram o sossego do hotel. Som alto que nem as araras se dava pra ouvir. Um lamento para um hotel que sempre foi sossegado. O café da manhã tem muita opção mas totalmente sem qualidade....
