"Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money."

"This place was perfect for us! Located just outside Orvieto’s west entrance it was a very convenient walk to access the town with the added plus of a free and safe parking spot for our rental car on site. Fausto was a wonderful host who lives nearby thus was able to meet us in at check-in and was very responsive to communications both before and during our stay. We enjoyed the covered outdoor eating area with views over the valley. The apartment itself is beautiful with lovely antiquities reflecting the history of the building. The woodwork is stunning. Nice size and well appointed rooms with interesting local art and a quiet patio for a drink before heading to dinner but this place stands out for the absolutely amazing customer service.
