Elena our host was one of the best hosts we’ve come across in all our travels around the world, very receptive and had a wonderful can do attitude that sadly can be missing these days. She also provided some great local travel tips!Sure we had some minor issues which we communicated to Elena, she was super responsive as was Mr Fixit Giorgio who attended to some simple maintenance issues. Casa Carlo isn’t like your usual short term rental, we stayed two weeks and it felt like home

The apartment was perfectly clean, very new and well-appointed and in a great setting in a beautiful city - GREAT all around! The host was the best communicator we have ever had at a VRBO. We had one minor issue with the WiFi and she came out immediately with a hot-spot for us to use. Terrific rental experience!
