"Whilst property looked good on arrival, no heating or hot water for 24 hours. Mattresse very thin and cheap couldn't sleep on it had to use sofa bed, bins not emptied daily, kettle ridiculous faulty plugs in kitcken to use toaster. Accused when left of breaking toilet lid and leaving toilet brush covered in feace and smoking in there we smoked out side it must have blown in as it was windy. AVOID THIS APARTMENT. Lots of noise above, would never stay there again we both come back with soar...
