"Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained."

"We had an excellent stay and plan on going back in the future. Overall, the property was 5 star and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to access the lake or river for fishing. Even if you aren't a fisherman I would take my family to this property for a weekend get-a-way or vacation."
