Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and spacious. Ample parking, pool area was nice and clean, free laundry room service, continental breakfast was good, fitness room was clean. Stayed one night in a 2 queen bedroom suite with 3 adults, we all were very comfortable in the room which had a lovely kitchenette area with a large refrigerator, sink and dish washer. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate station in the lobby that also had complimentary cookies or muffins. Lobby also had complimentary apples for people who prefer a more healthy snack. Would definitely stay here again.

This seemed to be a slightly older property, but well cared for. Location is next to the Speedway, so choose you stay based on whether you want all that!

I didn't like that your landscapers came and started mowing the lawn at 7 a.m. That's too early. I did like how welcoming Sheila was at the front desk. I think her name was Sheila. She was great

The property sits just across the road from the Oswego Speedway, which we listened to until around midnight. Additionally, walls are paper thin at this hotel - you hear everything next to you and especially from the room above. We barely got any sleep. If you must stay at this hotel, be sure to request a top floor room on the opposite side from the speedway.

Amazing stay! All of the staff were very kind and very helpful. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for cleanliness is due to the dirty utensils that were in the cafe area but I could have just been an oversight as the hotel did have a hotel full of baseball conference people. Overall, the stay was perfect the rooms and all other areas were spotless and I would go back again!
