"The room was clean enough. The bathroom is very tiny but functional. The room definitely needed to be upgraded. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is a decent continental breakfast as long as you are there early. If you get there closer to 9:00 good luck on getting any breakfast. Our stay was decent we would stay again."

"The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everyone made us feel like valued guests. Our accommodations were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The property itself was well maintained, with multiple pools and playgrounds that were spotless and provided plenty of options for both relaxation and family fun. The only downsides to our stay were being invited to what was described as a 90-minute presentation that ended up lasting about 2½ hours, and having an issue with our room door on the second day. The battery in the door lock needed to be replaced, which left us locked out of our room for about 45 minutes while it was being fixed. Despite those inconveniences, the overall experience was excellent. The beautiful property, outstanding staff, and great amenities far outweighed the negatives. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this resort to others looking for a relaxing, family friendly and enjoyable vacation."

"This property was great! Clean, spacious and updated. Staff was courteous and kind, helping with everything that I needed. My only issues was that the hot tub wasn't working and the wifi was trash. Me and my bf were trying to watch HBO and it would take 40 minutes to watch an one episode of euphoria because the wifi was buffering. Same struggle for youtube and Netflix so just beware of that. Everything else was great."

"Great stay! The hotel was very clean, the room was nice and comfortable, and the location was perfect with plenty of shopping and retail stores nearby. Most importantly was super close to Fort Eustis Army base. The pool was lovely, and the gym looked clean and well equipped. We’d definitely stay here again!"
