The space
The beach studio suite is completely self contained and has a private, exterior entrance.
Please be aware that our family dog is often in the yard. She’s an old sweetie that likes to “warn” us of guests, so if we’re home she will bark. She’s a lovely old gal and completely harmless. A black lab + pointer. Her name is Teagan, and is happy to meet you.
Guest access
Prohibited access to the main yard.
Other things to note
Parking is located in front of the right gate (your gate to access the suite). Parking is prohibited in front of the garage doors.
There is a retractable screen door that simply pulls out and over the latch on the other side.
