10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I stayed here in July 2025 while looking for something quiet, clean, and relaxing in the Turkey Point area—and this rental exceeded our expectations! It felt virtually brand new, was immaculately clean, and tucked away in a peaceful, almost hidden location. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We spent our days visiting local wineries and biking the scenic Lynn Valley trail between Simcoe and Port Dover. A fantastic getaway—highly recommended!"

"Thank you Rosanne for the wonderful stay! We had a geat time at the lodge. It had all the necessities we could need and the place was very spacious and comfortable. The woods in the back yard were beautiful and we took full advantage of the grill and fire pit area. The only thing I would suggest is supplying a knife sharpener. Also, the firewood was damp this time of year so we had to buy our own, but otherwise everything was great! "
"The property was cute and well decorated. It sits by the road but we couldn't hear the traffic which was nice. It wasn't central air and the window air conditionrs didn't cool the whole place unfortunately. Which made it hard for sleeping.
It was close by everything we wanted so overall met our needs. "
"The property was clean and beautifully designed. All appliances and fixtures were truly a luxury experience for me.
The a/c worked great to keep the place cool during the heat wave.
I found it handy to have the washer and dryer included, as well as the full kitchen.
There are 2 bbqs on the property as there are two rental units. I would suggest inquiring about propane if you intend to use it. The one bbq i checked was clean but felt like the tank was nearly empty.
The property manager I dealt with through email is very helpful, so don't hesistate to ask for assistance with anything.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. If you walk directly to the beach it may take you 10 minutes, going downhill the whole way. The uphill return walk isn't too bad as there is a bench to take a break at if you need.
I highly recommend staying here.
