"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"This was a great functional apartment and provided a good base from which to explore Nice and the coast. It's literally a 3 min walk to the beach! It's in a buzzy location surrounded by many bars and restaurants but because of this, it proved a bit noisy at night. "J’ai passé un beau séjour le seul bémol est la communication, car j’ai dû attendre 2heures à la porte de l’appartement. L’appartement était propre. Il y avais tout ce dont l’on avait besoin. Beau quartier avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Épicerie juste en bas. Si je retourne là bas cet appartement me conviendrais il est très abordable compte tenu que le logement me servais plus de lieu où dormir que une habitation."

"Everything about this property was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and the pictures really don't capture it all! The manager Jenni was so helpful and available to us for any questions. The location was right off one of the main squares and everything was within a close walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Antibes and would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to explore the area. I hope to come back soon and stay for 2 weeks!!"

"Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat."
