This quaint 2005 built pool home is sitting on an oversized corner lot. It got a new roof, new paint job and partially new furniture in the summer of 2023. The vaulted ceilings, open concept great room and kitchen make this home feel light, open and airy.
Soft beige sofa, love seat and armchair with glass coffee table, matching entertainment center with TV with direct access to the well-equipped neutral tone kitchen with white cabinetry, a bar and bar stools are only steps away from the formal dining.
In addition, there is a morning nook with unobstructed pool views.
Master suite has been upgraded with a new Evanston King set with nightstands, dresser and TV in 2023. The ensuite bath comes with walk-in shower.
Glass sliders opening to your private screened pool area with a nice size lanai with outdoor dining and 4 loungers. Relax in the nice size pool with heat pump for cooler days. Two nice size guest bedrooms, one with Queen set and the other with 2 Twins. They share a bathroom with tub/shower combination. This bath also serves as a pool bath.
