About this property

Porlezza: appartamento in villa - 4/5 personsHouse with garden

  • Directly at the lake of Lugano with the stair to getIn the garden there are table with chairs and deck chairs. A parking space in the garden.
    The location is unique because it is directly on the lake. The apartment was renovated in the winter of 2021 and I have yet to update the photos. There is an open space with entrance hall, kitchen and living room.
    There is air conditioning for the summer while heating for the winter is paid separately based on consumption douwn in to the lake .It's possible swimm. The apartment Is completly
    soundproof .There are windows anti-noise
