"Excellent location. Beds and pillows great. Bathrooms good. Spacious for 3 bed apt. Staff nice. Downsides very pricey for not having the room serviced over the day ( we were there 2 nights), having the pressure washer on the bedroom window's at 8.30 in the morning was loud and unexpected, the apartment was up a flight of stairs ( no lift access) which would have been good to know in the listing. It really is the location that makes it a good place to stay."

"I had a front room. It was all I needed for a couple for great seaside sleeps. Don't over think it and just fit in with the flow. Jog right around the point to get a great sea view of Mana and Kapiti Islands."
