"This charming castle is truly a gem among Umbrian fields. Set on a hill, it's a very well-maintained and clean hotel, with a pool overlooking the nearby valley. The staff was amazing, and especially Daniela at the reception desk who made us feel like at home. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Relais. The hotel Is in the Heart of Umbria's Hills. From the hotel you can have a wonderful view of the green landscape. Our room was big enough for 2, with all the comforts. Everything was clean and new, the bed really comfortable. We used the spa and I need to mention Francesca for her service. Actually, at the Relais all the staff members were all.nice and kind with the guests."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"This is an amazing Villa set a short distance, 10 min, by Taxi or bus outside of Orvieto. Erica, the hostess, is amazing and very welcoming. We enjoyed wine on the outside deck with incredible views of Orvieto. Erica also prepared a wonderful dinner in the evening, which I would highly recommend. The Villa’s rooms were beautifully decorated and luxurious. I would have loved to have stayed longer and plan to return."

"Beautiful hotel set in bucolic hill top location with spectacular views. The staff were welcoming , friendly and efficient. You can judge hotel service by the speed issues are addressed. We had a few minor issues : a safe without a key, a leak from the air conditioning unit , dud batteries in the telly remote and needed an extra pillow . Within minutes ,new safe ,new batteries ,extra pillow and air conditioning unit serviced immediately. Beautiful dining room with panoramic vistas including spectacular sunsets over the mountains. Dinner and service were excellent and breakfast extremely good. Coffee dispensed from machine was ok , not the best. Machines seem ubiquitous these days."

"Stefano was an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The villa exceeded all of our expectations. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made it perfect for our group, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from making our morning coffee to preparing dinners together.The dining spaces were wonderful, with both a spacious indoor dining area and a beautiful veranda where everyone could gather and enjoy meals. Having two pools was an amazing bonus! We spent most of our time at the outdoor pool, which had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, whether you wanted to soak up the sun or relax in the shade.Everything about our stay was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We had a truly wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.Thank you Stefano!"
