We stayed for two nights before flying home and the lady at the reception desk asked us how we had found the room, street noise and if she could do anything for us. We asked if we could get a coffee and she not only provided this in the breakfast area but showed us how to use the coffee machine and then made us two coffees. It's a small thing but I really meant a lot to us."

"Not sure why this hotel is only 1 star - it was better than some 3 star hotels. Mario on reception is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay including parking and a pool. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Wifi good, shower pressure good. Breakfast ok but lots of homemade cakes which were yummy. Walk into Tavira starts on busy main road with no footpath, but its fine if you are careful. Would recommend this hotel."
