Serveurs sans aucune tenue vis à vis du client, la tenue vestimentaire du serveur, sale et chemise déchirée à plusieurs endroits. Les mains salent pour servirent de l'alimentation c'est dégoûtant quant à la cuisine en dessous de tout. la truite pas fraîche, les petites ravioles servies avec, ont le gout de l'eau bouille et le tian de courgettes une mélasse immangeable....

"An excellent location for exploring Grenoble. Easy to use trams outside property. The property was quiet, the bed comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. The only fault was the sink in the bathroom the plug would not come up so we could only use the kitchen sink. Although it was easy to check in not having staff onsite means there is nowhere to report any problems."
