Very nice hotel - friendly check-in staff. Good and spacius rooms. Restaurant service was poor and slow - they need attention to details - like cleaning of tables, taking orders in a timely manner. Food was good. Service needs to improve. Pool and sauna - they were nice and clean.

The front desk staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating Also the bartender and server The hotel was alright but needed some updates A little shabby around the edges The jacuzzi pool looked great but was very cold It looked as though they are trying to save money so cutting back on certain things Staff made it better than it actually was

Great place to stay in Grenoble, quiet area and yet very accessible. Very clean and nice. The staff everywhere (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) were all really nice and helpful with no exception. Will definitely stay here again

On a rĆ©servĆ© en cette hotel pour une occasion spĆ©cial et pour connaĆ®tre Grenoble. Lā€™hĆ“tel est un peu loin du centre et cā€™est pourquoi avoir de restaurant Ć©tait un plus por nousā€¦mais Ć©tait fermĆ©. Pizza ou planchette pour dĆ®ner. Super! Personnel OK mais insuffisant, nous avons Ć©tat oubliĆ©s dans le bar. Il manque information des horaires de la piscine (on nā€™avait lĆ  utilisĆ©) Les chambres OK mais pas propre, spĆ©cialement le douche avec du noir dans le plat et jeĆ»ne dans le carrelage. Il yā€™a avait des marques permanents en presque tout! On a trouvĆ©e choses de anciens occupant dans le sol. La chambre nā€™est bien entretenue: sĆØche cheveux brouillant et ancien, miroir avec marques, siĆØge du wc pas estable, duche compliquĆ© de rĆ©gler etc. Matelas trĆØs inconfortable, je suis parti avec douleur de ma dos aprĆØs deux nuits. Le seule chose bon Ć©tait la grosse TV et le A/C. HĆ“tel pas de tout recommandable.
