"Location was convenient, parking was easy, room was very nice and spacious. Housekeeping was very good, nice sheets and towels. Breakfast was lacking. No outside space for sitting. Nice lobby. Had a small bar but very minimal food availability. I would return."

"This is an okay property. It's not great for sleeping unless you like to get up at 5:30 am on vacation, because that's when the light comes into the 2 primary bedrooms that have huge skylights. They also make it hot and it's a waste of air conditioning trying to cool it down.Also, the main level has no shades or curtains covering the windows, so the neighbors can see directly in anytime, but especially at night. That also lets a lot of heat in during the day when a shade or curtain would help keep it much cooler. Lastly, the cookware was unusable. It was very old, deeply scratched teflon pans that you should never cook in. We had to go get pans. Other than that, the house was nice. Lots of TVs and room for the children to play. Nice bathrooms and of course, the access to the beach is the best part."

"Marion beach house was more than we expected. A true gem!!! Tastefully decorated, clean and with a bright, roomy open floor plan. Very cozy inside and out. Ample cookwear, stemware, dishes etc. The beach is only a few steps away. The neighborhood is super clean and friendly. We met and chatted with many of the locals who were sharing their stories about the history of the area. The Bayview beach area is a community brimming with charm and character that we simply loved. 5-10 minutes away are some very good restaurants and also eateries and shops on the Milford green. Kristin was a great host with a flair for attention to detail. There was never more than a minute or two to respond to our questions . We will be back next year for sure. Cant wait!"

"The pictures don't do this place justice! The cottage was even more spacious and even closer to the water than we expected. Our days were full of fun in the ocean and our nights were extremely quiet and peaceful. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again."

"This place is absolutely lovely. Our entire family enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is spacious, clean, well equipped and boasts fabulous views. We even had front row seats to the 4th of July fireworks. Our son especially enjoyed swimming in the Sound from the park just a few steps away. And we all enjoyed the quick access to good restaurants and grocery stores. Finally, our drive along the coast was breathtaking. Such a wonderful spot and a phenomenal location. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!!"

"This was the perfect place for us to stay for our nieces Connecticut wedding. The house was spacious, which made it comfortable for our family. It was bright and welcoming. The beach was an easy 2 minute walk, and we enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. Off-street parking was a plus."
