With its prime location just steps from Burwell Beach, this apartment offers easy access to sun, sand, and surf, along with the vibrant dining and shopping options Milford has to offer. Easy access to I-95 enables the utmost convenience for the duration of your stay.

Pets are allowed for a fee of $100 per stay and as long as they behave.
No late loud parties or events over 10 guests allowed
No smoking inside allowed - There will be a $100 charge.

Great location and brand new interior

Beach location is perfect and the interior of this unit is immaculate and brand new. Communication with the owner was good and extremely responsive. Lots of stairs not a problem for us and exterior not well lit for arrivals in the dark. There is off street parking.
