"We stayed at the Ala Moana hotel/condo after hurricane Lala since the power was out for a few days and we had visitors staying with us. Although the hotel was also on back up generator power on/off, the stay overall was excellent. The hotel was updated and clean with all the amenities needed and the location was next to the shopping center. However, what made the stay memorable was the aloha spirit of the hotel staff. Everyone went out of their way to welcome us with a smile despite the weather and how hectic and busy it was. A section of the carpet in our room was wet from the hurricane and the hotel offered to move us but we were too tired. Special thank you to a few of the staff; Ruby of housekeeping, Kalani at the front desk, and Miller who dried the carpet. You really made our stay relaxing during a very stressful time. Thank you for taking care of us for a few days and treating us like family."

"Stayed for one night before flight to LA lovely hotel clean large room, huge bathroom, staff managed issues with storm lala and power outage very well. We ate in the restaurant food was great wait staff friendly. Pool looked amazing unfortunately due to the storm it was closed due to safety concerns. I would definitely stay here again"

"I booked this for my son and daughter in-laws honeymoon. They had a great time and loved this resort. While it was on the reservation and I called the day before to tell them the couple was on their honeymoon, it was only recognized as they were settling up their fees at the end of the visit. The breakfast buffet was reportedly superb. They were able to rent a jeep very easily at the nearby Avis and enjoyed touring the island."

"We had a wonderful stay at ʻAlohilani Resort Waikiki Beach. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the ocean view was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!"
