This flat has an excellent location overlooking the sea and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntanta which can be enjoyed from the wonderful terrace with sea views and the roof terrace with sun loungers and barbecue.



The flat offers a furnished terrace with table, chairs, sunbeds, barbecue and panoramic view to the sea and the Serra de Tramuntana.



Mirador Blue I offers three bedrooms:

- The first bedroom has a double bed and has a private ensuite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace.

- The second bedroom has two single beds.

- The third bedroom has a trundle bed.



In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower.



The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with integrated dining area leading to the bright private terrace with excellent sea views.



In front of the flat there is ample free public parking. There is also a private parking in the building which costs 6 €/day.

El alojamiento es muy agradable y completo. La ubicación es inmejorable. Nos ha encantado! La presión de agua es baja en las duchas y vendría bien alguna sombrilla más o toldo en la terraza de arriba.
