"Very comfortable and clean king bed--plenty of firm pillows. The door latch was very lose, as if somebody had tried to bust the door down multiple times--but it was still holding. The building and room is aged, but adequate, but should have cost less. Most things are pretty average, but the shower had a real nice shower head, and a nice, well-marked chorus of body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers."

"The only positive I can say is the bed was comfortable. No hot water in the vanity, shower had lukewarm water. Missing fixtures on the closets, bathroom vanity was glued together. Evening staff never answered the phone and when I went to the lobby, the phone was ringing and she was sitting at a table on her computer. When I asked the breakfast time, apparently I annoyed her by daring to ask a question. They did allow early check in. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights, our room wasn’t serviced. You get what you pay for."
"I need urgent escalation for a health and safety issue (bedbugs). I have photos and evidence of bites. The hotel did not provide assistance at checkout. I am requesting a full refund and reimbursement. Please escalate to a supervisor."
