Absolutely Fabulous!
This home was absolutely stunning! We loved every single thing about it from the cute decor to being very well stocked with anything you could need for a stay in the Mountains. The home was spotless, the rooms were adorable and the deck and fire pit so relaxing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. The community is a favorite of ours with so much to offer. The pools and beaches are great! We love Island Pool the best and Beach 4 by the house has always been our favorite in previous trips up there. We absolutely loved it and plan in making this our now go to spot for any trip to Arrowhead.

House was super cute and super clean ! Walking distance to beach 4 with a playground for our daughter and close driving distance to the one main pool. We had a great time and the property manager was so helpful with the air/heating units when we had trouble with them. Would deff stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable and the owner super easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was great and the perfect location for an easy vacation with kids.

Nice place, GREAT hosts!
Gorgeous lake property for a simple and relaxing getaway. We stayed here while visiting family and it was convenient, but have since decided we'd come back just to enjoy the place a bit more than we got to! But the best part was the hosts. They were so responsive when minor issues came up, kind and friendly, and quick to problem-solve. We were really impressed. Highly recommend! Lots of wildlife, good birding and saw many deer, including one who came to our front yard for breakfast :)

Exceeded my expectation!
This place exceeded my expectations in a sense that they have pots & utensils, dish washing detergent, firewoods, and the best thing that we truly found sweet was the smores starter pack! We didn’t need to buy anymore. The place itself was very cozy, we even thought of extending but didn’t know if that’s possible. If there was one thing though, wish we didn’t need to pay for the association fee since it was still very cold & off peak. Obviously, no one can swim and use the outdoor pool. And, I wish they have chairs or logs around fire pit for people to sit around the fire. Otherwise, everything is perfect! Very cozy & cute! The place inspired me to obtain a similar property.

Glad you had a nice stay!! We actually just turned the property over to spring and the chairs are around the fire pit now. We Do have a bunch of wood stacked in the back of the property. I really appreciate the feedback because it makes me realize we should let people know they can use it. Thank you! Hope to have you back again soon!

Exactly what is advertised
15 minutes to Jack Frost, 20 to Big Boulder. Arrived late night to a warm heated cabin with three boys. Skiied for 2 days, hit the community game room and ate at Jubilee.

It was so nice to just relax in this quiet neighborhood! The owner was quick to respond to any messages as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Some minor things that got overlooked but overall was a great stay.

Pleasant stay amidst nature
Very nice and quiet property for a group of 3-4 persons - excellent during fall season. Only thing is that property is part of a community and you need to drive to the main gate which is less than a mile away to check in and dump trash.

Cozy Cabin
Sleeps 6 comfortably, nice fire pit and outdoor furniture with propane grill, close to beaches and amenities. Stores 20 minutes but locals closer. Lots to do in community on weekends. Owner was great and very accommodating. Would definitely rent again!

The owners let us come a few hours early and communicated really well and fast. When I wrote that some kitchen items were missing, they instantly ordered things to the house. The location is good and close to all. However, When I booked this months ago, I indicated children would be coming. I really wish the owner would write me to tell me there is no table to sit at and only a counter and bar stools. We eat breakfast, lunch and dinner as a family and this was extremely uncomfortable. If you’re staying with 2-3 people the house is great, any more it’s too small.

My husband and I stayed here with our five and two-year-old boys. We had a great time. The house felt very private and homey. It had everything we needed. We hardly needed to leave the community. We made great use of the lakes and pools. Joy was a pleasure to work with and very communicative.

Kitchen a bit lacking
We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed by the kitchen. There were not enough utensils., even though there were only 2 of us. No sharp knives or cutting board. There was only 1 very small coffee cup. The toaster slots were too small to fit a bagel. Worn out can opener, and corkscrew. We had planned on grilling but had to get the propane tank filled ourselves and ended up scrapping the idea because the grill was filthy and there was no brush to clean it. The frying pans were in need of replacement. There was lumber piled on the front porch and a cheap plastic table. We ended up eating out a lot but unfortunately the area restaurants are not very good.

A-Frame Getaway
The location of the property was perfect. It was within walking distance of the beach at the lake. The amount of wildlife at Arrowhead Lake is amazing and beautiful. Everyone there was so kind. The owner of the home was a pleasure to work with.

Poconos Getaway
This was a last min trip and we got a nice cosy place to stay. The host was responsive and did their best for the couple of issues we had especially the thermostat controls. Host recommended only to use the up down arrows on the remote but they didn't work reliably. The House - clean nice place. You bring your linens but also advisable to get your blankets as quilts in queen bed and loft bed were not very comfortable. Recommend Host to provide a slice toaster. Also no dishwasher n laundry Community fees are big. Post VRBO booking we need to complete the community registration. Registration fee ($10 bumps to $20 if not completed within 5 days of arrival, Car fee - $15/car). $25 late charge if registration not completed within 3 days of arrival. Overall it is a nice community, nice quiet location and centrally located within Poconos. You can enjoy the community and plan all poconos activity.

Unfortunately you ended up being a first guest we just could not make happy. Starting with a call when you arrived on how to turn the lights on to the multiple times you turned off the heat because you would not listen to using up and down arrows. Thankfully we had an app that we could correct the situation and keep you warm. Then all three thermostats were sent to 80 degrees the entire stay, which did not bother us because we want our guest comfortable. You even turned the baseboard heat on and left it on in addition to the mini split heat system we have. However the text you sent when you left asking the cleaners to shut the window in the twin bed room that your kids left opened proved once again the heat was more than working. Each bed has comforters and there Are at least an additional 6-10 blankets at all time in the house. We are sorry you had constant complaints however it is best you pick another place in the future as our cleaners even noted some issues. A first for us.

My first time doing something like this ! And it went so well and prefect couldn't ask for a better host , caring and super hopeful , loved the house. , supper clean ! Very nice sweet welcoming home!
We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy home. It was very clean and a very comfortable atmosphere with plenty of games for the kids.
