"It's an older hotel, but kept very clean and things were more than sufficient. Manager and staff were very polite and helpful. We would stay again. The pool and hot tub were both great - that's the deciding point for us for almost every hotel choice because our daughter loves the pool and my husband loves the hot tub. It was easy to get to, easy to navigate, lots of food/convenience options within walking distance."

"Tried calling property several times to pay balance and I had some questions, but no one answered or returned a phone call. Office was closed at 5:30 upon our arrival but called the Ranger and he was very accommodating. We brought our own linens because listening stated "no linens" were included. However, there were sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. This was a question I was going to ask. The cabin was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Campground had a lot of fun things to do. Very quiet at night. Air conditioning was a nice perk. Right across from Road America which worked perfect for us. We would stay again. "
