Great suite with 3 beds. The room with two twin beds was small, but adequate. The main bedroom was very nice with a sitting area and table with 4 chairs. Nice bathroom. Only downside was the elevator was not working that day and this room size was not available on the first floor. Challenging for one of our guests. Do recommend and will return.

Very friendly staff! Front desk and breakfast staff beyond nice. Had a jetted tub room, the drain for the tub wasn't removable limiting being able to use the Jacuzzi more than once. The tub/shower in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time

The room was very nice and clean and the staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered an abundance of different breakfast selections. The only thing I noticed was that the overhead fan above the hot-tub in the room was not working, so the room smelled like mildew until I aired it out. The lights were flickering at times so the building must be old and in need of love. The pool was very nice and the jacuzzi was perfectly warm. All together my experience was very good and one i wont forget.

Very nice, clean room-staff was most helpful in filling empty bathroom toiletries and providing extra linens. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and were all fresh and hot. Would stay there again if the opportunity should arise.

First impression of property was bad! Weeds all over. Poor maintained property. It would not take too much effort to clean up the flower beds, add new rock, add pretty flower pots & empty the garbage cans. Take care of the garbage surrounding the property. A ton of paper garbage and even a car tire laying in the weeds. Looks like a dump! A very terrible first impression coming onto the property!! Rooms were very humid. Floors felt damp. Floors filthy. Our socks were black on the bottom just walking within the room. The toilet was wobbly, not safe. Refrigerator did not work. Staff was informed and did nothing. Offered to use refrigerator by the front desk. Shower head so low. If 6 ft tall, head was at chest. Really? We were in town for grandson’s hockey, and usually come to FDL 2-3x year. Definitely will not stay there again. Not worth the money spent! And will tell others.

Our stay was okay, but there were several things that made the hotel feel dated and in need of better maintenance. The biggest drawback was the room itself. The carpet felt outdated, the showerhead had noticeable limescale buildup, and the cover on the smoke detector was missing which raised some concerns about upkeep. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and worn, and when we requested extra pillows, none were available. The blanket provided were also quite scratchy. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that you can hear the train early in the morning. There was also a strong chlorine smell when walking into the hotel entrance. On the positive side, the main bed was comfortable and we slept well once we were in it. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk and had a good variety of options that met our needs. Overall, this hotel was adequate for a short stay, but I think it would benefit from some updates and closer attention to maintenance and guest comfort.
