"I had been traveling for over 30 hours straight and was exhausted. I showed up early to the hotel not expecting to get in until check in but asked anyways. They put me in my room and I fell asleep immediately. I stay here every time I am in town and there is a reason. They have been the best at meeting my needs each and every time I show up and I get checked in with a smile and how else can we help you. Thanks for being my home away from home. Mike"

"We booked our room to have a river view and definitely didn’t get that but we were so exhausted that I just took my loss. The cigarette smell was overwhelming as soon as you walk into the hotel and carried through the elevators and hallways. It’s a gorgeous place but I felt nasty from the smoke smell."

"clean room but microwave was rusty and corroded inside. Told front desk that it was no need to replace it because I wasnt going to use it anyway. The refrigerator was clean. Bathroom sink and tub had some a few leftover hairs in them. Room smelled a little smoky but I sprayed lysol in air conditioner and on the curtains to refresh the air and room. Staff nice and courteous. aHad some troubles with the remote which according to the front desk was the wrong one. This particular stay was average from the last time I stayed here."
