Séjour agréable

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par le propriĂ©taire directement qui avait acceptĂ© de nous louer la maison pour une semaine raccourcie malgrĂ© la haute saison. Merci encore pour ce geste mĂȘme si le fait que les draps ne soient plus compris nous a demandĂ© une nouvelle organisation. J’ai lu dans des prĂ©cĂ©dents commentaires qu’un guide d’accueil serait utile. Je confirme, notamment pour prĂ©ciser , les jours de sortie des poubelles, ou quand mettre en marche le dĂ©shumidificateur pour la chambre du bas, qui est trĂšs trĂšs humide. Nous avons eu besoin d’un tendeur pour maintenir le parasol ouvert, mais autrement, la maison est spacieuse, bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour passer d’agrĂ©ables vacances en famille.

Malheureusement la mĂ©tĂ©o n Ă©tait pas avec nous cette semaine lĂ . Nous sommes donc beaucoup restĂ©s Ă  l intĂ©rieur. La maison est situĂ©e contre la mer mais nous n avions pas rĂ©alisĂ© qu elle Ă©tait Ă©galement proche de la route. Nous aurions aimĂ© savoir avant de partir qu une des chambres se trouvait au sous sol. Nous avions volontairement louĂ© une maison avec 4 chambres mais impossible d utiliser cette chambre avec une minuscule fenĂȘtre, humide et sans lumiĂšre extĂ©rieure. Beaucoup de lumiĂšres ne fonctionnaient pas rendant un des toilettes impraticable. Le jacuzzi annoncĂ© dans l annonce Ă©tait cassĂ© donc non existant. La grande vĂ©randa avec jeux d arcade billard a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e des enfants malgrĂ© qu elle ne soit pas bien chauffĂ©e. Notre hĂŽte s est rendu trĂšs disponible et attentionnĂ© devant les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments rencontrĂ©s. La literie est bonne dans les chambres de couple. Un petit coup de relooking et de modernitĂ© serait le bienvenu et je crois que c est prĂ©vu.

Tolle Lage direkt an der KĂŒste, in FußnĂ€he zu zwei StrĂ€nden

Das Haus liegt wunderbar an der FelskĂŒste. Zu einem kleinen Strand am Hafen des Ortes sind es nur 5 Min zu Fuß auf der Straße oder 10 Minuten entlang der wunderbaren FelskĂŒste. In anderer Richtung liegt ein phantastischer ruhiger Strand, zu dem man zu Fuß entlang der KĂŒste gelangt. Allerdings ist es ein FKK-Strand, aber sehr schön. Im Haus sind FahrrĂ€der. FĂŒr die Kids waren Tischtennis und Billiard im Haus klasse. Der Whirlpool war defekt, er hat sich nicht richtig aufgeheizt. Leider liegt das Haus direkt an der Straße. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind daher leider relativ laut. Beim Check-in prĂŒfen, ob genug BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher da sind. Bei uns waren es zu wenig fĂŒr angekĂŒndigte 9 Personen. Sonst alles gut.

Super séjour à Ploemeur

Maison trÚs agréable et pratique pour un groupe de 6 copains. TrÚs bel emplacement, belles balades au programme ! Guenolé le propriétaire a pensé à tout pour que ses hÎtes passent du bon temps dans la maison : billard, ping-pong, jacuzzi, cheminée.... Merci pour ce séjour vivifiant !

Une vue imprenable sur la mer

Vue exceptionnelle sur l’ocĂ©an. C’est ce qui fait l’atout de cette maison. VĂ©randa qui donne sur un jardin, trĂšs agrĂ©able et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La literie est trĂšs correcte. Quelques bĂ©mols : la maison peut accueillir 10 personnes mais en couchage seulement. Le coin salon dispose d’un espace rĂ©duit avec un canapĂ© 3 places donc difficile Ă  plus de 6 personnes. En revanche le coin salle Ă  manger est parfaitement adaptĂ© pour une grande tablĂ©e. Par ailleurs, comme cela est indiquĂ© dans l’annonce, la maison ne dispose que d’une salle de bain, compliquĂ© pour 10. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© en hiver et la cheminĂ©e est bien agrĂ©able et la maison est trĂšs bien chauffĂ©e. À toute fin utile, je suggĂ©rerais quelques travaux permettant, tout en gardant l’authenticitĂ© et le charme de cette maison, de moderniser les parties communes, notamment la cuisine et la salle de bain. Le sĂ©jour fut bien agrĂ©able et ressourçant.
