Vue superbe, logement propre et agréable. Le compteur électrique dans la chambre du rdc fait beaucoup de bruit.

Eine gute Zeit mit traurigem Nachspiel...

Kein Parkplatz fĂŒr einen Kombi, bestenfalls fĂŒr einen Kleinwagen; intensiv nach Schimmel riechender Herd; keine FahrrĂ€der, wie angekĂŒndigt; defekte Innen-TĂŒrschlösser; verletzungsgefĂ€hrdende Terrassendielung; ungereinigter Grill mit durchgeglĂŒhten Rosten.Sehr schöne Aussicht, obwohl direkt an der Haupteinflugstraße zur »Ile Grande« gelegen. Bis zum Reiseantritt und beim «Check-in» wurde nichts davon erwĂ€hnt, dass der Gast eine Endreinigung durchfĂŒhren soll - was uns im Nachhinein fĂŒr 300 in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Es erfolgte auch keine direkte Übergabe des Objektes bei der Abreise, bei der Unklarheiten, wie zur Frage der Reinigung, hĂ€tten vermieden werden können.Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt ĂŒber drei Wochen bei fabelhaftem Wetter, da das Haus von innen wie außen schön anzusehen ist.

Wunderbar

Wir sind zu dritt mit 2 Hunden gereist. Obwohl das Wetter in der ersten Woche nicht so toll war, war es ein super Ort. Durch den eingezĂ€unten Garten, der sehr liebevoll angelegt war und ĂŒppig blĂŒhte, konnten wir uns viel draussen aufhalten, mit Meerblick essen und mit unseren Hunden spielen. Karine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und empfing uns sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig und liebevoll eingerichtet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alles, was man braucht, und vieles mehr (top ausgestattete KĂŒche). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sejour en juin calme et tranquillité assuré

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le bel accueil de Karine et aimé les points fort de la maison : bien placée avec une jolie terrasse nous avons bien profité des dßners au coucher du soleil.

Emplacement et vue mer au top

La maison est agréable mais a besoin de quelques remises en état en cette fin de saison. La notion de studio indépendant mentionné dans l'annonce est quelque peu usurpée, mais nous n'en avions pas l'utilité L'arriÚre de la maison et l'abri mériteraient un bon déblayage. La terrasse est agréable mais malheureusement la météo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter Un séjour trÚs agréable

Maison chaleureuse sur un site exceptionnel

On se sent bien dans la maison, la terrasse est trĂšs confortable avec une vue magnifique, on peut s'y attabler jusqu'Ă  10 personnes sans problĂšme. La circulation dans la rue (unique voie d'accĂšs Ă  l'Ile) peut ĂȘtre trĂšs intense par moments, mais le jardin est surĂ©levĂ© donc cela n'empĂȘche pas de prendre le soleil en toute tranquillitĂ©.

Perfekter Ort, um sich zu erholen

Karine hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist ein Ort der Ruhe, obwohl es an der Durchgangsstrasse gelegen ist. Die große Terrasse haben wir sowohl morgens als auch abends sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

TrĂšs bonnes vacances passĂ©es sur l’üle belle chez Karine

Maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e et grande. Nous avons bien profitĂ© de la superbe terrasse vue mer et trĂšs bien exposĂ©e Ă©quipĂ©e de transat, table de jardin et d’un barbecue. Les plages ne sont pas loin Ă  pied. Les chambres ont une belle vue mer. Maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e, quelques Ă©lĂ©ments Ă  remplacer (porte placard Ă©vier, baignoire) mais cela n’enlĂšve rien au reste. Nous n’avons pas pu rencontrer Karine car nous avons dĂ» Ă©courter notre sĂ©jour pour raisons familiales mais les Ă©changes avec elle Ă©taient trĂšs sympathiques et Karine s’est montrĂ© trĂšs gentille. Je recommande cette location! L’üle grande est trĂšs jolie et les plages Ă©galement. Par ailleurs pas loin en voiture de tregastel et ploumanach. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Un excellent sĂ©jour de fin d’annĂ©e

L’environnement est superbe. Les balades innombrables. La maison est chaleureuse, claire, joyeuse, facile Ă  vivre, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et chauffĂ©e, sans compter l’insert facile d’usage et une grande quantitĂ© de bois Ă  disposition : de belles soirĂ©es au coin du feu ! Ayant sĂ©journĂ© en hiver, nous n’avons pu profiter rĂ©ellement de la trĂšs belle terrasse vĂ©gĂ©talisĂ©e mais la vue est trĂšs belle depuis la maison aussi. L’accueil de Karine est chaleureux, elle apporte de bons conseils et elle est trĂšs rĂ©active : cela fait plaisir de voir qu’elle souhaite vraiment que les vacanciers passent un bon sĂ©jour.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette belle maison Ă  Grande Île. L accueil de la propriĂ©taire est trĂšs agrĂ©able et convivial. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Balade , plage et dĂ©tente au programme dans un superbe environnement.

Juste magnifique

La maison est un petit havre de paix. Avec ses chambres vue mer , sa cuisine bien orientée également, le jardin largement suffisant pour nos deux toutous gentiment acceptés par Karine en plus de longues promenades en faisant le tour de l'ßle. La terrasse avec son coin relax .. Bref nous avons passé avec mes enfants un séjour topissime . L accueil de Karine et son conjoint en totale adéquation avec la qualité de leur maison et l idéal de vie de cette petite bourgade . Je recommande mais pas trop car nous y retournerons pour vaquer nus pieds sur la terrasse en admirant la mer .

Nous avons passé un bien agreable Noël dans cette maison chaleureuse, entre belles decouvertes de la cote de granit rose, de l ile Grande et les soirees au coin du feu. Belle experience en famille. N oublions pas l accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Karine.

Le paradis n'est pas perdu

Belle maison bretonne dans le centre historique de l'Ăźle avec une terrasse-jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able et reposante. Vue sur mer. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et meublĂ©e. PropriĂ©taire aux petits soins. Environnement paradisiaque : la mer de tous cĂŽtĂ©s, randonnĂ©es, plages, rochers, petites criques... Les amoureux de la Bretagne, de mĂȘme que ceux qui veulent la dĂ©couvrir, devraient ĂȘtre ravis de cette location.

Wir haben schöne Tage in der Bretagne verbracht. Das Haus ist gut und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt einen tollen Garten. Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit.
