"The blinds of the bedroom let the outside lights come in directly so it was really hard to sleep well. Although it says the hotel is front beach, the rooms assigned are not in front of the beach. You need to walk to the lobby which is about one block from the room to see/be in the ocean. "

There was easy access to a beach close by, and close distance to Hyannis and all the spots we love to frequent on Cape Cod. The owner was accessible, easy to communicate with and very friendly. This will now be our “go to” place to stay on the Cape, and we look forward to returning!!!"

"Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay."

"I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Their customer service was not good and the fact that they thought it was ok to run a space heater overnight is not safe."
